After 38 years as a mental health therapist I have concluded that we all have a constant, ever-present voice in our heads. This voice is dictated by our past and it questions, doubts and screens our thinking often without our conscious awareness. In our addiction recovery groups we call this chatter the voice of the addiction. I have come to call this babble the “it.” My “it” says things like, “You can’t; you shouldn’t; you should have; are you sure?” Many of us think this is us thinking when in reality “it” is thinking for us. If there is a voice in your head right now saying, “What voice is he talking about? That is the voice I am talking about.
Current mental health literature states that anxiety and depression are the result of unexamined thoughts. By identifying and systematically muting this prattle a whole new world becomes possible. The tools are
Tool 1:- Recognizing and detaching from the negative voice.
Tool 2:- Recognizing the tools of entrapment.
Tool 3:- Coming to the real Me.
Tool 4:- Listening the real me to create a new future.
By using the tools presented in these four 2 hour classes I guarantee the following results:
- You will gain the tools to eliminate any negative attitude or behavior.
- Your ability to produce results in your life will take off.
- Your power to contribute to life will become amazing even to you.
- Your relationships and your ability to influence others will improve dramatically.

I visited with you on the phone today and was wondering what the cost of the 11 week course was. I forgot to ask you.
Thanks for the info!
Lanette Empey
Lanette,
It was good to talk with you. The course is $300.00 or $30.00 per session the last one being free. If the toatl amount is paid up front the cost is $250.00. It is well worth the price.
Thanks for the inquiry.
